The NBA playoffs are just getting started. I am not a huge basketball fan but I do find myself watching more of it this time of year. Some games turn out really exciting and come down to one shot. If you make the shot, you will move further along in the playoffs. Making that one shot could be the difference in winning an entire series and closer to the final goal of a championship. I relate this to your or my career. We get opportunities to shoot and make the last shot. Registering for our next Investor Success Summit is taking that game winning shot. 2) You will meet someone that you did not know. This business, like any other, is more about who you know and less about what you know. Sure you want to learn as much as you can but if you meet the right person you can double your income. The best example I have with this is in my own real estate investing. When I was getting started I met a mortgage broker who specialized in working with real estate investors. She was great and taught me a lot about mortgages. Because of her I was able to buy at least 5 properties that I would never have owned. Within a couple of years I went to work with her and it shaped where I am now.
I have met people at events like this that I have purchased properties from, sold properties to, and partnered with. My first flip was done with a partner that I met at a seminar and I made over $17,000.00. I never would have done that deal without him.
